Job Summary:

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking to recruit an interventional cardiologist to a busy cardiology practice based in the north Houston suburb community of Tomball due to tremendous growth in the community and the volume of patients. The practice enjoys a long history of serving the local Tomball/North Houston community.

Candidate Qualifications:

• The practice will consider either a new interventional cardiology fellow or an experienced cardiologist.
• Seeking a board certified or board eligible cardiologist who can obtain certification.
• Prefer someone with local community ties, or a desire to establish roots in the Tomball / North Houston community
• Practice is seeking an "all-around" cardiologist who can do a bit of everything, including diagnostic, vascular, peripheral and interventional work. Structural work is also available, but not required.
• The ability to obtain or maintain a Texas medical license and be able to practice in good standing is required.

About the Opportunity:

• The incoming cardiologist would be on STEMI call. The current team sees about 15 STEMI encounters per month between two hospitals. The incoming candidate could expect to see 5 per month to start.
• Practice has an in-house nuclear camera and echo equipment
