Gastroenterology Physician

Practice Overview

• You'll join a collegial GI team with 12 physicians and 3 APPs across 6 locations
• Practice model includes clinic hours, an endoscopy center, and access to infusion, pathology, and imaging
• Outpatient-focused with procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, banding, dilation, capsule, and Fibro Scan
• Call is optional and compensated; triaged by RNs with light volume

Schedule

• Balanced week with 2.5 days clinic and 2.5 days endoscopy
• Clinic volumes average 25 patients/day; endoscopy 14-18 cases/day
• No waitlist; same/next-day appointments available during ramp-up
• ASC onsite with Olympus scopes, 3 ORs, and full pre/post-op care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $450,000 guaranteed for 2 years, plus 40% of collections above $900K
• Recent hires earned $600K in year one; top partners grossed $1.4M
• Partnership track at 2 years with ancillary ownership (ASC, pathology, infusion)
