We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plat Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The Plat Coordinator will be responsible for managing plat documentation, working with survey teams, coordinating with clients, reviewing legal descriptions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. This is an on-site position located in Tomball, TX.

• Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
• Experience with reading and understanding land survey plats and legal descriptions
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and drafting tools
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and team collaboration
• Familiarity with local zoning laws, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
