Team Member - Starting Wage $12/hr - Evening and Weekend Availability Required.

Join the Regal Cinemas Team Member position. Part‑time, evening and weekend availability required. Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and are primarily responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service in roles such as Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.

• Participate in Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and represent Regal consistently.
• Handle emergency situations when called upon.
• Perform general cleaning duties and comply with the company dress code.

• Operate the POS system and manage the cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards, and redeemed discount tickets, passes and coupons.
• Upsell and suggest Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries in a manner consistent with Regal’s guest service philosophy.

• Operate the POS system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards, and redeemed coupons while maintaining concession stock inventory.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Operate, prepare, and clean all concession equipment.
• Upsell and suggestive sell to guests.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Ensure required alcohol certification is current when alcohol is sold or served.
• Read and understand training materials covering sexual harassment and discrimination.

• Tear, collect, and deposit ticket stubs and direct patrons to their auditoriums.
• Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats.
• Enforce the MPAA rating system.
• Conduct in‑theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality and watch for film theft.
• Report any problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations to management.
• Perform in‑auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed.
• Clean auditoriums after shows and maintain clean restrooms, lobby, hallways, and other areas outside auditoriums.
• Monitor the cleanliness and operation of vending equipment.
• Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Completion of the cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier, or progress toward completion required.
• If alcohol duties are assigned, completion of state or local training and the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Good public speaking, listening, and responsive communication skills.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
• Strong reasoning skills to identify problems, analyze data, and reach conclusions.
• Excellent personal skills, including communication with customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and lift up to 60 pounds; vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
