What You’ll Own

(This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility accounting role.)

• Lead month‑end close
  : journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare and maintain GL account reconciliations with full ownership of accuracy and completeness.
• Support cost accounting across CIP, WIP, inventory, labor allocations, and job costing.
• Manage the Capex process end‑to‑end, including approvals, tracking, and financial documentation.
• Process vendor payments, payroll entries, labor distributions, and overhead allocations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and shop personnel to resolve GR/IR issues and PO discrepancies.
• Assist with integration of newly acquired companies
  , including system alignment and financial process onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement more efficient financial processes as the company scales.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive general accounting experience
• Strong exposure in AR. This person will temporarily handle AR while a team member is away
• Exposure in either cost accounting or dealing with PO's

Location

On‑site role with direct exposure to both finance and operations.
