The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a medical office setting. Specific duties include:
- Rooming patients and taking vital signs
- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments
- Updating patient medical records in ECW
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
Qualified candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant and proficiency in Microsoft Word and ECW software are required.
