Bilingual Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Tomball, TX. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical office.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using EMR software.
• Maintain organized patient records and update information as needed.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate medical staff.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
