Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – Steady Strides ABA

$21.00/hr – $29.00/hr

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
• Bonus available after 4 weeks of employment, paid with first paycheck following the 4‑week mark
• Bonus eligibility requires perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks and no schedule changes within the first 2 weeks

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem‑solving skills

• Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
• Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
