Job Description:
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a medical office setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and taking vital signs
- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments
- Updating patient medical records in ECW
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience with ECW (Electronic Clinical Works) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
