We are looking for a great Full Time Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher to join our team!

• Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (+some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)
• Actively observing anomalies or potential issues.
• Responding to alerts by making outgoing calls to customers to dispatch technicians and ensure system performance.
• Understanding the equipment used for monitoring and identify trends.
• Communicate with the customer and potentially provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain detailed logs of responses and customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess situations
• Familiarity with dispatch procedures and communications is a plus.
• Customer service skills are essential
• Must be dependable & punctual
• Pay will be commensurate by experience
