We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is centered around working with existing clients-reviewing policy renewals, remarketing coverage options, and ensuring each client is getting the best value available.

• Review and discuss upcoming policy renewals with clients
• Re-market policies across multiple carriers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage
• Rewrite policies when a better option is identified
• Process policy endorsements and updates
• Maintain consistent follow-up on tasks until completion
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via phone, email, and in person
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Preferred:
  At least 1 year of insurance experience
• Open to candidates without insurance experience if they have a strong background in customer service, account management, or administrative roles
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred
• If not currently licensed, must obtain within 90 days of employment (reimbursement potentially provided)
