Quick Maintenance Service Manager

Job Summary

Manage all quick-maintenance operations for the lube side of Scrubway. Lead and supervise the team, ensure services are completed accurately and efficiently, maintain safety and compliance standards, and support a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the lube center with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Parkway standards.
• Supervises quick-maintenance technicians; provides leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensures all maintenance services (oil changes, filters, fluids, inspections) are performed correctly, safely, and on schedule.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and spill‑free work area at all times.
• Manages inventory for oil, filters, chemicals, tools, and shop supplies; coordinates with vendors and parts departments as needed.
• Conducts vehicle inspections and identifies any needed safety or service work.
• Communicates immediately with front‑end staff if additional work is recommended, if timelines change, or if any issues arise.
• Reviews and documents all work performed.
• Participates in required training programs and keeps current on service updates and technical information.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions immediately.
• Ensures all customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in clean condition; reports any changes to vehicle appearance or condition right away.
• Ensures shop equipment and tools are maintained, organized, and in proper working order.
• Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, and environmental guidelines.
• Operates all tools and equipment safely and enforces safe practices among the team.
• Reports any safety concerns to management immediately.

• Prior experience managing or supervising a quick-maintenance, lube center, or similar fast-paced service operation.
• Strong understanding of oil/lube services, safety standards, and shop procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports.

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Any applicable state or industry certifications related to quick maintenance, safety handling, hazardous materials, or lubrication services (Preferred/Required based on applicant experience)
