Temp-to-Hire
- Ensamblar materiales y componentes en la línea de producción
- Preparar materiales para producción y producto terminado
- Operar herramientas manuales y equipo de producción de manera segura
- Apoyar en manejo de materiales, empaque y producción general
- Cortar y dar forma a materiales según especificaciones
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura
- Seguir todas las reglas de seguridad y usar PPE requerido
- Cumplir con metas de producción y asistencia
- Experiencia en producción, manufactura o almacén es preferida
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido
- Poder levantar hasta 50 libras
- Disponibilidad para tiempo extra cuando sea necesario
- Buena actitud y trabajo en equipo

TPI Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join their manufacturing team in Tomball, TX. This position involves supporting production operations, assembling materials, operating machinery, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble materials and components on the production line
- Prepare raw materials and finished goods for production
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and general production support
- Cut, shape, and fabricate materials according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
- Support other departments and assist with additional duties as needed
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
