Responsible for performing the Bead Blast process. Is responsible for supervising that the process complies with quality standards based on established specifications and standards.

Including and not limited to the following, other activities may be assigned.

• Execute and inspect the Bead Blast process, of all orders worked.
• Perform and supervise the cleaning of the Bead Blast area.
• Carry out the necessary practical demonstrations in terms of the use of equipment and work procedures so that the personnel in charge have a total knowledge of the tasks to be performed.
• Plan the work of the department according to delivery times.
• Complete the log of processes carried out in the area.
• Realize the maintenance of the Bead Blast equipment and complete the corresponding log.
• Verify the correct filling of the traveler, and supervise the handling of parts.
• Place the racks on the right production line for the next process.
• Verify and plan with the production department the work orders received.
• Inspect the orders received in order to avoid processing defective parts.
• Verify that all the traveler's steps are filled out and scanned.
• Make the pre-operational inspection of the equipment or machines and register it in the corresponding log.
• Supervise that the personnel in charge execute the processes in accordance with the traveler's specifications.
• Report to maintenance any technical failure.
• Solve any eventuality with the Bead Blast area.
