WORK ENVIRONMENTWe are looking for a highly motivated, analytical and creative Email & SMS Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help drive customer engagement, conversion and retention across Duro Max Power Equipment, and This is not a role focused on simply scheduling promotional emails. You will work directly inside Klaviyo to build campaigns, flows, segments, forms and tests that improve the customer journey from first visit through purchase, ownership, repeat purchase and reactivation.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of hands-on ecommerce lifecycle experience, is comfortable owning day-to-day execution, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger retention and CRM leadership role over time.
You will support three ecommerce businesses with different customer behaviors and marketing needs:
Duro Max Power Equipment A premium outdoor power equipment and home power backup brand with a high-consideration purchase journey, major product launches, seasonal demand, accessory opportunities and a large installed owner base.
Pay range discussed: approximately $18–$21/hour, depending on experience/position
