Job Summary And QualificationsAssists licensed nursing staff in providing direct individualized and goal directed care for the patient population served on the unit, accepting assignments from the nursing staff that commensurate with Tech’s experience, knowledge and ability.
What you will do in this role:- Participates in multidisciplinary approach to management of pain for the patient under the direction and supervision of the licensed staff
- Participates in multidisciplinary approach to improve communication among caregivers for the patient under the direction and supervision of the licensed staff
- Participates in multidisciplinary approach to decrease hospital acquired conditions under the direction and supervision of the licensed staff
