JOB SUMMARY Runners are the glue that holds our service together! Their focus is to deliver ordered food and drinks toguests, but they have a huge impact on creating excellent service that keeps guests coming back again and again. They ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly, and that the guests have all that they need to enjoy the film and their meal.

Their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality are what setsour dining in experience apart from the rest.

JOB DUTIES
• Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.
• Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not.
• Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items.
• Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
• Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office.
• Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.
