The Smoothie King located at Spring Cypress and Tomball Parkway in Tomball is seeking full-time/part-time Team Captains.

Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products weighing < 55 lbs, stoop, and bend.

Employees must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.

You will need an up-to-date food handler's card.

Background check required upon employment.
