The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The Team Member will interact with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work status and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and store recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
