Construction Inspector

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Construction Inspector. • Perform roofing, siding and facade inspections.
• Perform forensic inspections for building envelope.
• Prepare reports and specifications.
• Research, due diligence, application submission and various other reporting.
• Communicate with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
• Negotiate, prepare, issue and execute change orders, and prepare appropriate revisions to budget.
• Perform risk evaluation, project scheduling, and project close-outs.
• Manage field issues and changes with appropriate teams.
• Lead project coordination meetings.

• Strong and proven project management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Able to develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor s degree in related field preferred.
• Three years or more of related experience required.
• Valid Driver s License required.
• Licensed Building Inspector, HHS, ICS, or RCS preferred
