Hey there, future Ambassadors! Enrollment Services is looking for enthusiastic students to join us in providing support to our campus community. If you're ready to make a difference and gain valuable experience while getting paid, this is the perfect position for you.
Responsibilities- Help manage lines and assist current + future students in the HUB lobby
- Provide backup for our HUB Technicians
- Guide new students through applying, registering, and using Ocean Connect
- Lead campus tours and show off our amazing resources!
- Assist with events, trainings, and help keep things running smoothly in the office
- Provide top‑notch customer service in person, over the phone, and through our chatbot, Reggie!
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Clear writing skills
- A friendly personality and great communication skills
- A knack for customer service (Helping out is our thing)
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work independently
- Not required but bilingual students are encouraged to apply!
