Excellent full-time opportunity for a BC/BE General Pediatrician located along the Jersey Shore, between Philadelphia and New York City. A thriving multi‑provider team using the latest EHR and digital office technologies. Competitive salary starting at $185,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid leave, malpractice insurance, profit sharing, and paid CME.

This position involves a 4‑day work week, a 1:6 call schedule, and hospital privileges for newborn care only (no inpatient or delivery duties). The practice expects staff to be on site at a local hospital. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Toms River, NJ, or commute there. Travel up to 25% is preferred. Principal positions only, in‑person work required.

• Provide primary pediatric care to infants and children.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records using the practice EHR.
• Coordinate care with hospital staff and specialists.
• Participate in scheduled on‑call rotations (1:6).
• Ensure quality of care at newborn and neonatal levels.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pediatrics.
• BC/BE status in Pediatrics.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Toms River, NJ, or commute.
