We are looking for a dedicated and exceptional VP Risk Management & Claimsfor our SNF in Toms River, NJ. This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Friday from 9am- 5pm.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, or operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency and advanced data-management skills.
• Experience in invoice tracking, cost reconciliation, and budgeting support.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to coordinate across teams such as Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, counsel, and TPAs.

• Maintain a centralised system to monitor claim costs, expenses, exposures, and overall insurance program utilisation across GL/PL and EL/EPLI.
• Review, reconcile, and process invoices and legal spend, while supporting budgeting, approvals, and payment workflows for all claim-related costs.
• Tracks key insurance program metrics including SIRs, deductibles, premiums, aggregates, and remaining cap positions by policy year.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of all claims and incidents, capturing status, dates, venue, jurisdiction, allegation type, posture, reserves, and spend.
• Analyse trends in claim frequency, severity, settlements, and defence costs, and develop rolling forecasts for expected claim spend.
• Provide accurate, timely data and reporting to Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, TPAs, and outside counsel.
