The client is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager with broad general practice expertise to manage client engagements, lead teams, and provide strategic tax advice. The focus is on closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, with revenues up to $50M.

• Tax Compliance & Planning:
  Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (C-corps, S-corps, partnerships/LLCs, trusts/estates).
• Team Leadership:
  Manage multi-level teams, mentor staff, oversee utilization and productivity, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Client Management:
  Serve as primary client contact, cultivate relationships, and support business development.
• Strategic Advisory:
  Research complex tax issues, develop and implement tax strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Technology
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with CCH Axcess (preferred), Quick Books, Zoho CRM a plus.

• 15+ years progressive tax experience in public accounting (general practice breadth).
• CPA required;
  Master’s in Taxation a plus.
• Strong knowledge of business & individual taxation, multi-state issues, current tax laws.
• Experience managing small to mid-sized business clients (up to $50M revenue).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Resides within 100 miles of Newark, NJ or Atlantic City, NJ.

• Exposure to integrated solutions with Assurance, CAS/Bookkeeping, and Advisory.
• Prior experience with performance-based team management metrics (WIP, realization, etc.)
