• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
• Possible RN delegation of activities

• Must have valid HHA/PCA certificates
• COVID‑19 vaccine or exemption form
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Subject to one‑year employment and at least 1,560 hours worked (30 hours/week average) or 1,000 hours worked (20 hours/week average)
