Special Procedure Technologist – Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ (Per Diem Day Shift).
Job OverviewThe Special Procedure Technologist performs proper radiographic procedures as required by physician orders. Provides patient service using diagnostic, portable and fluoroscopic equipment. The Technologist is competent in the production of quality radiographs for proper treatment and diagnosis by physicians.
Qualifications- Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Licensed by the State of New Jersey, Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of department-specific orientation
- Day shift
- Per Diem
- Scheduling will vary based on the needs of the department
- Assist radiologist with special examinations
- Responsible for routine and stat cases
- IR on call if needed
