Mobile Phlebotomist – PRNToms River, NJ, Part‑time

We are currently seeking a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients in the Toms River, NJ area. Candidates with experience in hospitals, office or mobile environments are preferred. The role requires maintaining a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.

• Visit patients in their homes or offices, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle, and process specimens with a portable centrifuge that plugs into your car.
• Collect and process blood specimens with a high degree of accuracy, following safe and accurate blood collection procedures.
• Adapt to the rapid growth environment of a high‑growth startup.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
• As a PRN, confirm your availability to your leader each Friday for the upcoming week(s) if possible, and respond to shift requests.
• When scheduled, work a minimum of 3 days a week between 5 am and 1 pm Monday‑Friday, with up to 29 hours a week available; hours are not guaranteed.

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive in the dark (first appointments may start as early as 5 am).
• Physical ability to access patients—kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching, and carrying up to 15 pounds while walking.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first shot of Covid‑19 vaccine within 30 days of employment.
• Bonus:
  Fluency in Spanish.
