What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including labor relations and wage regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to support workforce planning and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support both employees and business objectives.
