A well-established nursing home Company is seeking an experienced Regional HR and Recruiter to lead our human resources department. If you have a passion for employee relations, recruitment, and compliance in a healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you!

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations throughout the company.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Previous HR experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

• Regional HR perferred
