Key Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments with precision and insight.
• Satisfy all title requirements promptly and accurately.
• Verify the balance of Closing Disclosures (CDs) and liaise effectively with lenders.
• Manage and execute real estate closings seamlessly.
• Deliver prompt, expert responses to client inquiries on title-related matters.
• Scrutinize signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in processing and closing real estate transactions is essential.
• Exceptional communication abilities, high reliability, keen attention to detail, and self-motivation are paramount.
• A minimum of 5 years in title processing is required.
