We dont care if you are just getting started and dangerously curious, or deeply experienced and tired of bureaucracy. What we care about is that you think clearly, learn fast, and love building useful things.

$80,000 - $110,000 a year

• AI-powered internal tools that use LLMs, automations, and workflows
• No-code and low-code systems such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool
• Full stack features where no code hits limits
• API integrations between CRMs, forms, scheduling, EHRs, analytics, and messaging
• Prototypes that turn into real systems
• Eliminating manual work and brittle processes
• You will often start with this should be automatic and end with a working solution

• Eager – you actively teach yourself new tools and concepts
• Smart – you can reason through problems, not just follow tutorials
• Resourceful – you Google, test, break, and fix
• Builder mindset – you ship instead of over planning
• Comfortable with ambiguity – requirements evolve, and that is okay
• If you have ever said I am not sure how to do this yet, but I can figure it out you are our kind of person
• Technical Skills (Flexible) You dont need all of these we will meet you where you are

• AI tools and APIs including OpenAI, Claude, embeddings, agents, prompt design
• No code / low code platforms such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Retool
• Scripting or programming such as JavaScript, Python or similar; working with APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Basic understanding of databases and system design
• If you are junior curiosity plus fundamentals
• If you are senior judgment plus speed plus architecture instincts

• Manual processes become automated
• Teams rely on tools you built
• Ideas turn into working systems quickly
• You grow faster than you would in a traditional role
