Longterm/ Contract – Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot incidents, and escalates critical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Implement automation for repetitive tasks using scripting and cloud tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system reliability and scalability.
