We are seeking driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our in-house legal team. The position is open to both licensed attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a wide range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
- Support corporate governance, including maintaining legal entity records and filings
- Liaise with outside counsel as needed
- Open to licensed attorneys and paralegals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external counsel
