As a Registered Nurse Supervisor
, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, ensuring the well‑being of our residents, and supporting their health journey. We are committed to fostering a workplace where our nurses feel appreciated, empowered, and supported.

• Schedule:
  
  Every other weekend, day shift (7 – 3 p.m.)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long‑term care setting is preferred
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
