• 48-hour weekend on-call shift
• Four on-call weeknights (Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year RN experience (hospice experience preferred but not required)
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
