About the Role:We are seeking a Per Diem LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to work 7a to 7p shifts at our Boonton, New Jersey facility. As an LPN at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting patient conditions to the nursing staff
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to work 7a to 7p per diem shifts
