This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Toms River, NJ for a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors. As a key member of the team, you will work with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, provide expert guidance during transactions, and handle negotiations to ensure successful outcomes. You will host open houses, conduct property showings, advertise listings, and build strong relationships within the community.

Leveraging the company’s robust training and resources, you will actively prospect for new clients and provide exceptional customer service to meet their unique real estate needs.

• Strong knowledge of real estate principles, property valuation, and marketing strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and negotiate transactions successfully.
• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, including online listing platforms and CRM software, to track and manage leads.
• Flexibility to work on‑site and maintain a highly professional demeanor.
• State‑issued real estate license (required) and a valid driver’s license.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory; entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
