Overview

Flynn Wendy’s is hiring for Shift Leaders. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr, based on experience and restaurant location. Flynn Wendy’s is part of Flynn Group, operating over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia, with a diverse team of 6,000+ employees. We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify.

• Lead a shift and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Address problems proactively, seek help when needed, and mentor team members.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and help drive store performance.

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
