Busy, established kosher restaurant seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager to bring structure, consistency, and leadership to daily kitchen operations.
This is a hands‑on role focused on execution and team management, working closely with ownership to improve flow, standards, and accountability within a kosher kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintain and enforce kosher kitchen standards
- Establish clear prep, station, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and train kitchen staff during live service
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality
- Adjust menu items as needed to support execution
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and FOH
- Proven experience leading busy kitchens
- Experience working in a kosher kitchen (required)
- Calm, steady leadership style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Compensation based on experience
