Chef de Cuisine​/Kitchen Manager

Busy, established kosher restaurant seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager to bring structure, consistency, and leadership to daily kitchen operations.

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution and team management, working closely with ownership to improve flow, standards, and accountability within a kosher kitchen environment.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintain and enforce kosher kitchen standards
• Establish clear prep, station, and cleanliness standards
• Lead and train kitchen staff during live service
• Maintain consistency, speed, and quality
• Adjust menu items as needed to support execution
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and FOH

• Proven experience leading busy kitchens
• Experience working in a kosher kitchen (required)
• Calm, steady leadership style
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Compensation based on experience
