Commercial Roofer – Beachwood, OH
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities- Install various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single‑ply, coatings, low‑slope systems).
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Follow OSHA regulations and other safety agencies.
- Work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions and meet physical demands.
- Climb ladders and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and company employees.
- Commercial roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Acceptable background check per company standards.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.
The hourly rate ranges between $20 and $30, based on qualifications and company needs.
