Who we are:
Total Comfort Group (TCG) is a coast-to-coast provider of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and facility maintenance services for multi-site retail and commercial clients.
What you’ll tackle
Pinpoint faults and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across diverse customer sites.
Execute preventive maintenance and comprehensive inspections to maximize uptime.
Install and replace HVAC/R components and full systems.
Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, low-temp refrigeration, boilers, and control systems.
Handle systems ranging from 1 to 50+ tons with confidence.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.
Provide clear, data-backed repair/replace recommendations to customers.
Complete precise documentation: work orders, service reports, and compliance forms.
Care for your company vehicle and tool set; keep equipment ready for the next call.
Work safely, follow procedures, and represent TCG with professionalism.
Support an on-call rotation that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you bring4+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience.
Completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program.
EPA Universal Certification (required).Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical diagnostics, boilers, and HVAC controls/control systems.
Physical demands
Lift, carry, push, and pull tools, parts, and equipment as needed.
Climb ladders and operate safely on rooftops.
Bend, kneel, crawl, reach, and stand frequently.
Work indoors/outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Operate safely in commercial and retail environments.
