Community Navigator

Fulfill, the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, seeks a Resource Connections Specialist to assist low- and middle-income individuals with SNAP applications, health insurance enrollment, and other benefits at outreach sites.

You will travel to community sites, submit applications, coordinate with social services, maintain secure records, and prepare reports for program stakeholders. Bilingual applicants are preferred, and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
