RPA Developer

We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with a strong focus on UiPath to join our team. You will play a crucial role in automating complex processes within our Logistics and Transportation projects. Your expertise in UiPath, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes, will be instrumental in delivering efficient and scalable automation solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop efficient workflows, custom activities, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work with high-profile stakeholders and executive change agents to drive adoption and change management.

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 1+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including automation, bot development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
• Experience in automating complex processes in Logistics and Transportation industries.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with high-profile stakeholders and executive change agents (preferred).
