What We Are Looking For

This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possesses strong technical skills in plumbing.

What You Will Do

* Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, offering effective solutions.

* Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components.

* Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and regulations.

* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

* Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work, timelines, and costs.

* Respond to emergency calls and handle urgent plumbing issues with professionalism.

* Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

* Assist with inventory management and ordering of materials.

* Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.

What You Will Need

* 4+ years of experience as a Plumbing Technician

* Journeyman license in NY state

* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and best practices.

* Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Physical stamina to lift and carry tools and materials.

* Clean driving record and valid driver's license. (CDL preferred not required)
