Job Introduction
Location: Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge Wells
Pay: £13.64
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Weekday & weekend shifts
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Home Administrator to join the team at Barnes Lodge. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll help keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly – from supporting staff and residents to managing records, payroll and day-to-day administration.

What You’ll Be Doing- Staff Payroll & Personnel Records – keep things accurate and running smoothly
- Financial Records – track income, expenses, budgets and petty cash
- Supplies & Deliveries – make sure everything arrives on time
- New Resident Admissions – help welcome and set up paperwork
- Team Induction & Training – support new staff as they join
- Health, Safety & Confidentiality – ensure policies and records are followed
- Like keeping things organised
- Are confident using computers
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Can juggle a few tasks without breaking a sweat
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
Admin experience is helpful and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration is a bonus!
