Reception and Admin Support

Temporary Administrator/Receptionist – Leeds City Centre £13.00 per hour | Temporary until November | Immediate Start We're recruiting for a well-established, fantastic business based in Leeds city centre, who are looking for a friendly and organised Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis until November. This is a full-time role, based fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Main Duties:

- Front-of-house reception duties, welcoming visitors and providing excellent face-to-face customer service
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- General administrative support, including data entry, filing and correspondence
- Assisting with day-to-day office duties as required

About You:

- Personable and confident, with strong face-to-face customer service skills
- Previous administration and/or reception experience preferred
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Able to commit to the full duration of the assignment and start immediately Whats on
