• Diagnose, repair, and service Volkswagen LCV and VAG vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Use diagnostic equipment effectively to identify faults and repair issues
• Perform routine maintenance, complex repairs, and component replacements
• Communicate with customers to explain work carried out and provide recommendations
• Complete accurate documentation in line with brand and warranty procedures
• Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards
• Road-test vehicles post-repair to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a commercial vehicle technician or similar role
• Knowledge of Volkswagen LCV or VAG products is advantageous
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle repair and diagnostics
