Service / Parts Advisor – Premier 4x4 & Specialist Workshop

We are a premier independent 4x4 specialist in Kent delivering exceptional repair, maintenance, and modification services. Unlike rigid main dealerships, we work closely with passionate vehicle owners on classic builds, off-road prep, and routine servicing. We offer a friendly, fast-paced environment where your parts knowledge and customer service skills are genuinely valued.

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm | Alternate Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm

• Managing customer inquiries, booking vehicles into the workshop, and providing clear job updates.
• Sourcing, ordering, and managing stock for OEM and aftermarket 4x4 parts and accessories.
• Creating job cards, processing estimates, and invoicing work accurately.
• Liaising between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth job flow.
• Requirement:
  Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Aftersales Specialist in the automotive sector; 4x4 or Land Rover knowledge is a bonus!

Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Tonbridge, Kent, making it an easy commute from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Hildenborough.
