Full-Time Potential Long-Term Position

We are seeking a confident and skilled CACHE Level 3 Practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge area. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to develop into a long-term position for the right candidate.

You will play an important role in creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of early years practice, a calm and positive approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and independence
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to planning, observations, and assessments in line with EYFS requirements
• Helping to uphold the setting's values and high standards of care

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Confident communication and teamwork skills
• Full-time availability
• A passion for helping children flourish
