Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a busy residential development in Tonbridge. This long-term freelance position involves overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion, supporting the Site Manager in daily operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in site management, strong knowledge of the build process, and hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid certifications.

The role offers a day rate of £240 - £250.
